![]() ![]() It's very common when people remember a game being broken/no fun on release. It's rare anyone talks about how a game was fixed later. Now they did resolve this and make it so you could choose how you want to play. But if GR fans want that they would play Div. Guns don't have levels.(This is a level 20 enemy, oh no my gun is level 10) as someone who loves the division, that mechanic is great. But again, they alienated their fan base. ![]() Wildlands was a great next step for the series. Ghost Recon: I don't think GR has ever been a needle mover. How can you tell an engaging story without fully fleshed out characters? Their "play as anyone" feature was doomed to fail. I assume they see Legion as a financial failure. Had a little trouble balancing the silly vs serious moments. Watch Dogs: 1 was a bit of a let down, looked nothing like the e3 trailers. It's obviously the consumers fault not ubi management! Lol ![]() But we can't have another SC for a few more years cus "the last ones didn't sell". But we're talking about customers as a whole not just me. Then they dropped everyone's favorite voice actor for Blacklist. It alienated their actual audience to try to appeal to a more casual audience. But the most recent 2 titles (including conviction) were more cinematic action games than stealth titles. Splinter Cell: I love all the SC games especially conviction. But what I remember most of the discussion/overall feeling about titles leading up to, or upon release. I say this all not as how I feel about the games, personally. They just keep killing their good franchises and oversaturating the market with open world drivel. ![]()
